Brad Thomas, Managing Partner at Chamberlain Advisors, has over 15 years of progressive experience as a staffing services industry professional, holding positions as Managing Partner, Head of Talent Acquisition, Vice President - Consulting Services, Recruiting Manager, Account Executive, Senior Recruiter, and Buyer - Contingent Labor. His Human Capital Experience from 2004-2014 includes managing the contingent workforce procurement process for enterprise wide technology solutions and human capital needs, managing a group of 4 recruiters engaged in providing consulting & recruitment services to Chicago based corporations within the Financial Services, Transportation, and Mobile industries. He developed, refined, and maintained a comprehensive system of recruiting for candidates through variety of channels: employee referrals, industry networks, Internet, job fairs, executive recruiting resources, and professional groups. He was responsible for providing key insightful strategic leadership for daily recruitment operations including budgeting and strategic planning, in accordance with all organizational objectives and goals. Brad managed performance and service levels of his internal recruiting team in accordance with external requirements and reported on recruitment activity and vacancy numbers to the leadership team, and Director, Head of Talent Acquisition. At one of the largest equity derivatives clearing houses in world, he was responsible for the design, development and implementation of a comprehensive talent acquisition program that aligns talent strategy with corporate goals/objectives, business strategy and vision whereby ensuring that the company was able to attract, motivate and retain talent; where he developed a comprehensive onboarding process and new hire experience that quickly acclimates a new employee and its business, departments, resources, and technologies. Brad was a Chairman Award recipient; recognized by executive leadership for individual contribution to his previous company’s Culture Shaping Transformation initiative.
