You don’t have to have an Ivy League MBA to break into Finance

Have you ever wondered why you can't go straight into the Finance world from the military and translate your decision-making under pressure to a high-stakes environment and team that will value and leverage your ability to get s$%t done?

If you're a transitioning military veteran, you've heard the paths available to you…

Want an Ops or Logistics job?
There are great staffing firms who specialize in placing transitioning JMOs with quality organizations. We're happy to make an introduction.

Want to go to a top-ten MBA school so you can become an MBB consultant, I-banker, or work for a tech start-up?
Score a 700 on your GMAT and talk to the school's Veterans' group about preparing for interviews.

We don't do those.

We offer a competitive, no-cost fellowship to take you from military service to the finance industry. Our program identifies veterans who have a desire to cut their chops in finance, arms them with an industry-leading financial modeling certification, and places them in finance roles with screened and qualified firms looking for transitioning or recently-transitioned veterans.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to be a certain rank to apply?

No! The F3 program is open to any Servicemember, regardless of rank.

What are the minimum requirements to be eligible?

You must have completed at least 4 years of military service in good standing and be within 12 months of your ETS date, and have an interest in a career path in Finance.

What does this cost?

There is no charge to you as a Servicemember or Veteran to apply for and complete the F3 program.

I’ve already transitioned out of the military, or I’m too close to my ETS to complete a Skillbridge assignment. Can I still apply for F3?

Yes! We work with military veterans who are already transitioned (or are very close to their ETS date) and want to get into a career in the Finance world but cannot complete a Skillbridge assignment. We know situations vary on a case by case basis, so contact us and we’ll figure out a way to help.

Will I get paid?

As highlighted in federal guidelines, active-duty Servicemembers cannot be paid for work completed during a Skillbridge internship. For recently transitioned Servicemembers, all Chamberlain fellowships are paid.
